We’re happy to have you featured. Can you give us a bit of background on your career as a model and where it all started? I actually never planned on being a model, but I met a modeling agent right after I turned 18 and wound up falling into the business. My first modeling job was with Playboy actually, and I loved it so much that I have modeled ever since.
How do you usually begin your day? I love a relaxed morning, so if I’m not shooting, I usually sleep in, get ready, and go to the beach.
If you could spend a day doing anything you wanted, what would it be and why? I’m very blessed because I am fortunate enough to be able to spend most days doing anything I want. I love a spontaneous adventure so I like just seeing where the day takes me with no particular plan. You find the most interesting experiences that way.
What are your favorite ways to unwind and relax when you’re not working or traveling? When I want to unwind, I love going to the beach, hiking, yoga, sewing, painting, reading, meditating, going to stand-up comedy shows, dancing, and watching documentaries.
Do you have any hidden talent, if so what is it? I have a lot of hidden talents, several of which I probably shouldn’t mention here, haha. But some talents I have that people might not know about are that I’m a fashion designer and stylist, a former professional makeup artist, an interior designer, a photographer, and an astrologer. People are usually surprised to learn that I’m ordained and can legally marry people and that I run several businesses. I actually love writing contracts and negotiating deals.
What’s the best place you have ever been to in the world? I love traveling and I think every place has its own charm, but a few of my favorite places are Italy, Japan, England, and New Orleans. I have not been to South Africa yet but I would love to visit one day.
What are some of your biggest dreams you hope to achieve? My biggest dreams are to make a positive difference in the world, to continue to find success in my career, to travel more, and to live every day to the fullest.
3 things that you can’t go a day without. Green tea, sunshine, and sex.
Looking back, what advice would you give to younger yourself? That it’s ok to make a mistake every now and then, and sometimes you learn more when things don’t go the way you planned. So basically, don’t be so hard on yourself.
That said, what advice would you give to all the women out there when it comes to love and relationships? I think the best advice I could give women when it comes to relationships is to find someone who loves and respects you for who you are.
Are there any qualities or traits you find particularly attractive in a partner and what do you value the most? The qualities I feel are the most attractive in a partner is being loved, loyal, passionate, interesting, romantic, and fun.
