What part of your journey are you most proud of right now? I am proud to have been in the glamour modeling industry for over 30 years now and considered to be the most published nude model of all time. When I posed for Playboy in my late teens, I never thought I would still be  worthy in my 50s!   I was the youngest model when I became the first Soviet Playmate, Miss October 1994. I went on to model for Playboy for a decade, doing Newstand Specials, catalogues and videos, and becoming Reader’s Choice Supermodel in 1998. Then I went on to pose for Penthouse and became Pet of the Year 2004 as well as their columnist and editor. I also appeared on the covers of almost every men’s magazine, including Gallery, Club, Leg Show, Hustler, and Mayfair, and many others. I retired for a while to raise my children, and now I am back. While modeling, I pursued my education and received a JD in law and a PhD in clinical psychology. I had written many books on sex and dating advice, and I had my own radio show on the Howard Stern channel. So I have led a very exciting life. I also have three wonderful children, and my two daughters are also models. 

Any exciting projects lined up this year? Exciting projects: I had a thriving practice as a psychologist, which I had to curtail during the pandemic, and that’s when I started my OnlyFans. How would you describe your lifestyle in three words right now? Lifestyle: I have always been interested in health and fitness, but lately I have really stepped up my efforts to lead a healthy lifestyle. Now I am deep into biohacking and life extension practices. So my lifestyle can be described as: healthy, mindful, and enlightened. Lifestyle change: I started turning off my phone and all electronics an hour before bed for digital detox, and reading while listening to white noise it has considerably improved my sleep. 

What’s one lesson I have learned: You cannot speak for your Future Self. You really don’t know when you are 20 years old what your 50 year old self will want, feel, crave, or be like. When I became a mother, I thought I would never want to model again, but as my children grew older, I missed being in front of the camera. Life is an exciting and unpredictable journey. 

Hobby: I have always loved kayaking, and recently I have gotten a clear kayak and started driving and exploring new lakes around me. It’s a great way to connect with nature and experience digital detox. 

Guilty pleasure: dark chocolate with nuts – I particularly love macadamias and hazelnuts. 

What makes me the ultimate partner? I am very giving and affectionate – I believe in lots of physical touch, hugs, hand holding, sensual massages, spooning, and cuddling. I am also known to be a great kisser. 

 
When people look back at this moment in your career, what do you hope it represents about who you are? When people look back at my career, I am known as the Porn Unicorn – the intellectual Playmate who combined beauty, brains, and brawn. 

 
What’s one goal you didn’t hit last year that you’re determined to achieve this time? What’s one goal I want to achieve: I want to get into the Guiness Record as the nude model with the longest career. What goals: I am working on a guide to glamour modeling, which I hope will help young women who are just getting into the industry. 

 
What advice would you give to someone learning to step into their confidence? What confidence advice: Fake it till you make it! What your mind perceives, your mind believes – so even if you don’t feel confident, act like you are and you will project confidence. Assume the Super Woman power pose for a few minutes before the photoshoot with shoulders back, head high, and hands on your hips – research shows it gets us into the confidence mode. Work on your posture and confident gate. And when you pose, always point your toes as hard as you can – it elongates the body for a more elegant look.
